a nice little setup built for speed and comfort

* layy load a bunch of tools if installed
* optimisations (avoid nvm slowing down startup, no expensive status checks on prompt)
* aliases + fast directory traversal
* plugins via zgen
* random tools like `chrome-tabs`, `get-iterm2-buffer`

* Loads [zgen](https://github.com/tarjoilija/zgen) under zsh
  * install with `git clone https://github.com/tarjoilija/zgen.git "${HOME}/.zgen"`
* `.rc.d` directory idea borrowed from https://github.com/chr4/shellrc
